The biggest field of kids raced in the second last race of the 2019 BAC season this morning at Crusoe Reservoir in good conditions. This is largest field to run this season breaking the previous record by 1.

Grabbing today's win was first time runner Logan Morrice who ran a very impressive time of 4.30 for the 1km distance. Did we mention Logan is only 8 years old!

In second place was Milly Rose Goodall-Hoffman who put in a superb run as did Quinn Guthrie who finished third. Fourth place went to Olivia Gaskin who has family bragging rights after beating her brother Jack home by 1 second.

Next week is the final race of the season which is at Woodvale Recreation Reserve. It will be a fun twist with a 2 person relay event to be held. Afterwards, we invite all runners to stay behind for a free BBQ. Anyone who has ran 3 or more races throughout the 2019 season will be presented with a competitor trophy and small prize pack.
